Human Resources and Organizational Development consultant with expertise in developing and facilitating a wide range of business development processes aimed at increasing individual, team, and organizational performance. As a founding member of PEG, Mr. Greene co-developed a technology and methodology for organizational self-assessment aimed at identifying relative strengths and weaknesses of infrastructure systems. Co-conceptualized, created, and implements management alignment processes which use a unique combination of personal styles tools and organizational appraisal systems to help companies address problems and create permanent and innovative, effective plans for the future. As a former instructor in research methodology, he brings a strong metrics orientation to his OD work.

Birkman & Associates, Inc.
Member of the Research and Development Team which undertook the major effort of re-validation and development of new, statistically powerful parameters for human resource utilization. Subsequently authored several parts of the Birkman Method Report and became respected as one of the most adept interpreters of the report nationally.

Fifteen years experience as a Data Processing Professional. Design, development, and implementation of computer systems in private and public sectors; in education, research, and business. Research in epidemiology at University of Missouri and UTSPH; teaching graduate students Computer Programming and Research Methodology. Developed one of the first computerized financial modeling systems, resulting in a $1.2 million grant for feasibility and initial development of an Health Maintenance Organization under Public Law 93-222.
